How You Can Make an Impact

The Junior Estimator will be responsible for preparing smaller scope lump sum bids. This position will develop proposals and estimates as assigned and ensure they are done accurately and in a timely manner. The Junior Estimator will need to be detail-oriented and driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the Estimating Team on larger-scale bids.

How You Will Contribute

• Prepare unitized and smaller scope lump sum bids.
• Ensure pricing is updated in Heavy Bid Software.
• Assist in the transfer of bid information to HeavyJob and Vista by Viewpoint.
• Maintain and source the best value and diverse subcontractors / suppliers / resources.
• Manage and update Activity Codebook / Material Codebook.
• Conduct a Project Handoff Meeting that is initiated by the Execution Team.
• Participate in project post-mortem reviews.

Your Prior Experience

Degree in construction management engineering or related field.

Construction project management experience preferred.

Our Competitive Package

Pay : $70000 - $82000 annually

This pay range is our competitive compensation at the time of this job posting. Your pay will be determined based on experience education skills and applicable knowledge.
