Community Hub Lead

FIGS is looking for a Full-Time Community Hub Lead (Key Holder). In this role, you will serve as the face of FIGS' Century City store location. You will provide FIGS' customers with an awesome and memorable in-store shopping experience, while also assisting with all aspects of store operations. This role will report directly to FIGS' Store Manager.

What You'll Do

• Assist with opening and closing the store
• Maintain store appearance by keeping the merchandise organized, the sales floor stocked, and the store clean
• Welcome and engage customers in meaningful conversations about FIGS' brand and mission
• Educate customers about FIGS' products and our focus on fabric, fit, and function
• Assist customers with finding their desired style, color, and size, and suggest complementary products where appropriate
• Anticipate customer needs and go above and beyond to provide an exceptional FIGS experience
• Support all cash wrap activities (purchases, returns, and exchanges)
• Participate in all aspects of inventory management from counting inventory to providing insight on inventory replenishment needs
• Track sales to ensure that daily goals are met
• Support the planning and execution of all in-store events and initiatives
