• Part-time schedule : 3-hour shifts, minimum 9 - 10 hours weekly
• Late afternoon and evening hours until 8 pm on weekdays
• Weekend availability welcomed but not mandatory
• 2 - 4 patient consultations per hour
• 15-minute telemedicine visits
• New patient consultations only
• HRT / TRT experience preferred but not required
