We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily operations for our affordable housing services firm. This is a key leadership role overseeing housing programs, compliance, and property management activities from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage affordable housing projects , including permitting, application processing, lottery management, and applicant qualification
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations
- Supervise and mentor office staff, improving workflow and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with developers, municipal agencies, and state housing programs
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation for housing programs
- Support marketing and outreach for housing lotteries and applicant communications
