Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to support students in a dynamic school environment located in Vista, CA. This contract position focuses on providing individualized educational support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering their academic growth and personal development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and other staff to create inclusive learning environments
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and needs
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Valid teaching credential or certification in Special Education
  • Experience working with students requiring special education services
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student success
