Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of property management experience in multi-family housing

Knowledge of Section 8 tenancy a plus

Strong leadership and team-building abilities

Proficient in leasing, marketing strategies, and rent collections

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Experience with Entrata is a plus

Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building resident satisfaction

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and financial performance of the property

Maintain high occupancy rates and low delinquency

Supervise and support office and maintenance staff

Manage budgets and control operating expenses

Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations

Provide timely and accurate reporting
