At Life & Annuity Masters, we’re hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Professional to recruit agents, build partnerships, and drive business forward. This is a high-performance role for someone who’s motivated by success and refuses to settle.

Your Role :

  • Recruit and train insurance agents
  • Convert our current book of business
  • Build and manage a portfolio of business
  • Deliver product solutions including life insurance and annuities
  • Work with top carriers and get full back-end support

    • Requirements :

    Active Life / Health license

  • Sales or financial services background (preferred)
  • Strong phone presence, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to be coached and grow
