Meet the Team :
The Federal Territory Business Manager will be responsible for development, management, and implementation of sales strategies within the VA & DoD markets, increasing sales and market share at accounts in the territory. You will work in collaboration with a team of proven sales professionals and experienced clinical educators. You must live in the territory.
Candidates for consideration must have strong teamwork capabilities, interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate activities with multiple departments within the Dexcom organization. Ability to promote products to a wide range of providers to increase sales and utilization is a must. Candidates will be required to access and understand the complexities of the VA & DoD markets, as well as possess the ability to work effectively within these systems as it relates to their specific policies and procedures. Developing and maintain relationships ranging from target account administrators, pharmacy staff, local P&T representatives, and policy makers in addition to all appropriate medical staff is required. Candidate will need to reside in the territory. Experience in Federal Government Healthcare Sales is highly preferred. Prior military experience is beneficial.

Remote Workplace : Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
