After Hours Imaging Specialist

A company is looking for an After Hours Imaging Workflow Specialist to assist Radiologists by managing the radiology imaging workflow for emergent studies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage radiology imaging workflow by retrieving and sending images, locating prior exams, and following up on unread studies

Coordinate data flow between Radiologists and facilities, ensuring timely report delivery

Monitor quality control and performance, troubleshooting operational issues as needed

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required

Previous customer service experience required

Experience with PACs preferred

Ability to work independently and manage a designated workspace

Must be able to work on-call shifts and maintain confidentiality of patient information
