Job Title : Staffing Specialist III

Location : Durham NC

  • Availability for minimal travel and occasional off-shift hours

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop talent pipelines, proactive sourcing strategies, and promote employer brand online / offline.
  • Manage candidate databases, craft recruiting communications, and identify qualified talent using various sourcing channels.
  • Conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers, and support candidate movement through pre-employment phases.
  • Compile recruiting reports, support HR programs, onboarding, and serve as a point of contact for employee HR requests.
  • Participate in recruitment events, prepare materials, and build positive relationships to enhance HR reputation.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work across all organizational levels and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
