ER Night RN Manager

Reporting to the Director of Emergency Services, the ER Night RN Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling and departmental leadership. This role also works closely with other nursing leaders, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the department consistently meets patient care and safety standards.

The Emergency Department under the ER Night RN Manager’s leadership maintains 25 beds and operates around the clock to provide critical services to the community. The team includes highly skilled nurses, dedicated support staff, and physicians who work together in a professional, collaborative, and supportive environment.

The ER Night RN Manager will be responsible for guiding staff development, mentoring nurses, and maintaining clinical competencies across the unit. Administrative duties include staffing oversight, budgeting input, survey readiness, and supporting improvements in patient, employee, and physician satisfaction scores.
