Collections Specialist

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Fully on-site

Salary $50-$60k

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform Collections on outstanding accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to and manage incoming phone calls and emails related to Collections.
  • Handle disputes professionally and work toward resolution.
  • Process cash applications and reconcile accounts.
  • Support AR finance functions, including reporting and follow-up on overdue accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze data using pivot tables for reporting purposes.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in Collections within a corporate or real estate environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; Yardi strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables.
  • Real estate industry background is a plus.
