Are you ready to be the vital link between groundbreaking clinical research and the patients who need it most? We're seeking passionate, people-focused professionals to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team as Clinical Patient Recruiters.

What You'll Do :

• Connect with Purpose : Reach out to potential study participants through inbound calls, outreach texts, and cold calls.
• Screen with Precision : Conduct phone screenings using protocol-specific criteria to determine eligibility.
• Collaborate for Success : Work closely with study coordinators to meet recruitment goals and ensure participant qualifications.
• Own the Process : Schedule screening visits, send reminders, and track participant progress from first contact to enrollment.
• Stay Organized : Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment data using internal systems.
• Think Strategically : Contribute to recruitment campaigns, develop action plans, and provide weekly progress updates.
• Build Relationships : Cultivate a pipeline of potential participantseven between studies.
• Stay Informed : Participate in study meetings and stay sharp by reviewing assigned protocols thoroughly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
