Hybrid Emergency & Urgent Care Competitive Salary $164K in Incentives

Deaconess Hospital, a nationally ranked health system, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join our dynamic and growing team at our Free-Standing Emergency Department in Evansville, Indiana

Opportunity Highlights

Hybrid ER and Urgent Care Model
Approximately 22,000 annual visits
12-hour physician shifts (7am 7pm or 7pm 7am)
Full-time = 12 shifts / month (1,728 hours / year)
Holiday coverage required
Robust hospital-employed physician group with full-time and supplemental physician support
EPIC EMR system for seamless documentation
Prior EM experience and / or EM fellowship training is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Average annual compensation of $525K ($388 per hour) with opportunities to earn up to $648K

Up to $164,000 in additional incentives , including :

$50,000 sign-on bonus

$75,000 student loan forgiveness

$24,000 educational assistance

$15,000 relocation allowance

Comprehensive benefits package including :

Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance

401(k) and 457(f) retirement plans

CME allowance and paid CME time
