Summary / Objective

Document Specialists are responsible for creating, maintaining and managing all right-of-way files. Runs reports, scans documents and updates database. Prepares acquisition documents including initial offer letters and easements.

Essential Functions

• Develops project line lists.
• Creates and manages right-of-way files.
• Mail merges initial offer letters, easement documents and all other acquisition documents.
• Runs reports, scans documents and updates database.
• Creates initial offer packages and tracks certified mail receipts.
• Enters payment information and recording information in the database.
• Communicates effectively with Document Supervisor, Project Manager, Right-of-Way Agents and other personnel.
