Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry / Oncology travel assignment requiring recent oncology experience and ONS certification.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in a hospital setting within the Telemetry / Oncology unit
  • 12-hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM
  • Assignment duration is 13 weeks
  • Care will be provided to telemetry and oncology patient populations
  • Completion of COVID vaccination required for consideration
  • Local and travel candidates are accepted at the same rate
  • Candidates must not have been a permanent employee with the client within the last 6 months
  • No radius requirement for consideration

  • Active RN license for the state of assignment
  • At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent RN experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Basic Arrhythmia course required
  • Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification required
  • Oncology nursing experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
