We are looking for a senior AI leader to partner with our C-suite in crafting and executing an enterprise-wide AI strategy. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will anticipate how emerging AI technologies shape our business, develop a long-term AI roadmap aligned with corporate objectives and execute it, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, responsible AI solutions. Success in this role requires blending strategic vision, technical fluency, ethical leadership and change-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, engineering or a related quantitative field. An advanced degree (MSc / PhD in AI, data science or MBA with technology focus) is preferred for deeper expertise in machine learning, statistics and business strategy.
  • Technical fluency : Strong understanding of AI technologies and state of the art approaches (ranging from machine-learning algorithms to natural-language processing, retrieval-augmented generation, and Agentic AI) couple with the ability to translate business problems into high-value AI capabilities.
  • Leadership experience : 5-7 years of leadership experience in AI product management or product development. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior executive stakeholders, and delivering large-scale innovation initiatives.
  • Cross-functional exposure : Experience working across product, operations, finance or marketing functions to understand and influence how AI can create value across the business.
  • Ethical and regulatory acumen : Familiarity with AI governance, data-privacy regulations and bias mitigation; commitment to championing responsible AI practices.
  • Communication and stakeholder management : Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical executives, inspire technical teams and engage customers and investors.
