Join the Sustainable Restaurant Group as our Accounts Payable Manager and take on a vital role in our Food & Beverage Accounting team. Collaborating closely with the CFO and Operations from our SE Portland office (at least 3-4 days a week), you will manage all accounts payable and cash disbursements, ensuring robust internal controls and efficient financial operations throughout our restaurant portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all Accounts Payable processes and the AP Clerk, optimizing systems.
• Maintain internal controls for cash and AP      transactions.
• Ensure accurate system setup and data flow.
• Manage vendor master data consistency.
• Oversee timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, banking, and AR / AP.
• Conduct vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage the monthly rent roll (rent, CAM, utilities).
• Review account reconciliations and related journal entries, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Perform AP sub-ledger to GL reconciliation.
• Participate in monthly financial reviews.
• Leverage ERP systems to drive automation and efficiency.
