Information Technology Specialist

A company is looking for an Information Technology Specialist to manage and support core business applications and network operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage Microsoft 365 Business Premium and other SaaS applications

Maintain and troubleshoot office network hardware and manage secure remote connectivity

Lead the development and enforcement of cybersecurity policies and monitor systems for vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred

Certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) or equivalent are required

Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience managing small office networks

Experience supporting Windows / macOS devices and familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred
