We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate  Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)  to join our rapidly growing team serving long-term care facilities in the Cleveland, Akron, and Canton, Ohio areas. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and clinical excellence in all aspects of care delivery.
