We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Legal Assistant opportunity with a well-established South Florida law firm at their Boca Raton, FL office. The Legal Assistant will provide support to multiple attorneys handling transactional matters for small and mid-size businesses.

The Corporate Legal Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Producing a high volume of transactional legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda.
• Working on detailed documents for closely held companies involved in mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
• Preparing and describing signature blocks for various entity types, including corporations, LLCs, LLPs, and others.
