Compensation : $72,000
Responsibilities :
- Give clear answers to clients on any coverage or billing questions including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes to ensure full understanding
- Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest rules and policy updates
- Assist with the renewal process and any policy updates by providing competitive quotes
- Set clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to high standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align short-term priorities with long-term goals
- Ensure adherence to operational policies and industry best practices
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management efforts
- Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate the customer experience
Qualifications :
Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skillsApplicants must have an active insurance license in their state or be willing to get licensed in 90 daysInsurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is highly preferred but candidates with the appropriate skills should still apply, training is providedAssociates or Bachelor’s degree required, or commensurate insurance industry experienceApplicants must have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)About Company
