Dallas, TX

  • Starting at $19 / hr
  • Full-Time, Direct Hire

Are you looking to grow your pharmacy career in a professional, fast-paced environment? A Dallas-based compounding pharmacy is expanding and hiring Pharmacy Technicians and Technicians in Training to support cleanroom production, compounding, and fulfillment operations.

This is a long-term, stable role with career advancement, certification support, and hands-on experience in a regulated pharmacy setting.

    • Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily sterile and non-sterile compounding production
  • Prepare, count, package, and label medications according to SOPs
  • Support inventory management, documentation, and workflow accuracy
  • Maintain cleanroom standards and compliance (USP 795 / 797 / 800)
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and supervisors to meet daily production goals
  • Participate in audits, quality checks, and process improvements

    • Qualifications

    Pharmacy Technician

  • Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
  • 1+ year of experience in compounding, production, fulfillment, or retail
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulated procedures

    • Pharmacy Technician in Training

  • Active Texas Technician Trainee Registration
  • Interest in compounding and advancing to full licensure
  • Ability to work in a structured, quality-focused environment
