What You'll Do :

Forget cold calls. Our clients come to us. Your role focuses on guiding and advising members who have already expressed interest in their benefit options. You'll be responsible for :

• Reaching out to members by phone or video to schedule consultations
• Hosting virtual meetings to assess needs and recommend tailored coverage
• Walking clients through enrollment and completing applications
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Continuously developing your skills through mentorship and training sessions
