Program Manager

This is a long term fully onsite 2 year contract for a proven leader who has successfully delivered large-scale system rollouts (ERP, DMS, or equivalent) and can guide tool selection, vendor management, and implementation from concept through adoption.

Location : Onsite in Phoenix

Pay : 75-100 / hr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide implementation of a new platform supporting procurement, service, and parts operations.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and select the right toolset — including ERP or financial systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or similar solutions.
• Develop and manage the program roadmap, ensuring alignment across IT, finance, operations, and procurement.
• Oversee vendor evaluation, RFPs, contracts, and integration partners, ensuring deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
• Drive process optimization for document workflows, procurement approvals, and cross-department data visibility.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution.
• Lead change management and stakeholder communication to ensure successful adoption across departments.
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures for ongoing DMS and ERP-related initiatives.
