Production Welder (Intermediate Level)

Position Overview :

The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties related to rework, fitting, and welding, following written and typed instructions, blueprints, and manufacturer's specifications. This indoor position offers facility heating and air conditioning.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Align, position, and fit components using applicable machines, tools, and equipment.
• Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure them for final welding.
• Set up and weld parts using welding equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of geometry, arithmetic, structural design, and heat effects for projecting locations of holes, cuts, and bends.
• Use hand tools and operate applicable shop machines.
• Perform arc and oxy-acetylene welding, cutting, and brazing on various metals.
• Maintain production documentation as required.
• Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.
