Compensation :

Salary : $78,000 - $93,000 / year (based on experience)
Pay-per-billed-hour : $70-$72 / billed hour | $90 per evaluation | $35-$36 / meeting hour
Signing or relocation bonuses : Up to $10,000
Performance incentives : Up to $9,000 annually

Your Responsibilities :

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members

Provide culturally competent, family-centered care

Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Participate in team meetings and care coordination

Qualifications : Required :

Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

NBCOT certification in good standing

Colorado DORA OT license (or ability to obtain)

BLS / CPR certification

Preferred :

Pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)

Passion for collaborative, family-centered practice

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand / walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
