Director of Technical Solutions

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Solutions (Development).

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic recommendations and best practices for software system configuration and process improvement

Lead client education and training initiatives to ensure smooth technology transitions

Oversee the development of software solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant leadership experience

Minimum of 5 years experience in non-profit or higher education implementation projects

Proficiency in relevant technical systems such as SQL and Blackbaud CRM

Strong programming skills in C#, .NET Framework, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and XML

Experience in a technology consulting environment is preferred
