What is a Backup Care Position?

What You’ll Do as a Backup Childcare Provider

Engage children in fun, safe, and educational activities

Assist with light meal prep and basic household tasks

Maintain strong communication with families and team members

Be available for short-notice or last-minute childcare assignments

What You Need to Join Our Team

✅ 18+ years of age

✅ Eligible to work in the U.S.

✅ Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

✅ Reliable transportation

✅ CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

✅ Ability to pass a background check
