Experience Requirements :

• 1–3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment (required or preferred).
• Experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding depending on the company’s process.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication, cutting, and fitting.
• Experience using grinders, saws, torches, and measuring tools.
• Understanding of weld quality standards and inspection methods
