Applicants for the Head of Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive role within the energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in implementing technology strategies that drive growth and operational excellence.
