Job Summary : We are looking for aParts Puller with a desire to pursue a career in the Automotive Industry. Some parts experience is a major plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Pay Range :

$18.00 - $20.00 / Hour

Responsibilities

  • Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly professional and efficient manner
  • Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
  • Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
  • Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order if necessary.
  • Keeps current on new products and product updates.
  • Maintains professional appearance.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Training incustomer service / customer satisfactiona plus.
  • Automotive experiencea plus.
  • Ability to read write and speak English fluently required.
  • Spanish Bilingual a plus .
  • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions required.
  • Multitasking skills required.
  • Proficient use of computers / business machines required.
