We are currently seeking a

Local Store Marketer (LSM)

who can help build sales at the local level by establishing community relationships and increasing guest loyalty. If you have a passion for networking and creativity, apply today!

Your Responsibilities Include :

Assisting the Managing Partner and management team with local marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, guest counts, check averages, and sales.

Promoting in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, and Gift Cards.

Building relationships during food and bread runs with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.

Establishing positive relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, and civic groups.

Developing and executing community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and increase brand awareness.

Supporting public relations efforts including media segments, releases, and publicity events.

Communicating regularly with the management team about ongoing programs, plans, and results.
