ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

As second and third-generation State Farm agents, my wife and I have been with the company for nearly 20 years, bringing a deep-rooted passion for serving our community. Our backgrounds as former college athletesBrittanie in volleyball at UTEP and Matt in football at the University of Oklahomahave shaped our leadership style, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and continuous growth. Outside of work, we are active in ministry and enjoy spending time with our two children, who are just as sports-driven as we are!

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Matt Mccoy - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
