Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy & Analytics Manager for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

Our client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Finally, our client is part of one of the largest Insurance Groups in the world.

Position Objective :

The Strategy & Analytics Lead will lead data, analytics, and finance for critical enterprise-wide initiatives. This includes leading cross-functional teams for (1) analytics & reporting, (2) data requirements, and (3) financial modeling.

Responsibilities :

(1) Analytics & Reporting :

• Creates objectives & key results (OKRs), analyzes results / drivers, and holds the business accountable
• Identifies insights needed to support project needs and business decisions
• Prioritizes analytics requests received from various stakeholders and ensures clear accountability within a cross-functional analytics team
• Partners with cross-functional analysts to synthesize insights and data from across the company into a contextualized view that provides clear, compelling recommendations that drive business impact
• Accountable for packaging insights into strong narratives for senior leaders across the company including c-level executives and agents
