Member Services Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional experiences to our members and guests. In this role, you will engage with customers, promote club services, and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base. Responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer inquiries, conducting personalized site tours for potential members, creating awareness of the center through community outreach and engagement activities, promoting club services to new and prospective members, supporting membership retention efforts, delivering outstanding customer service, and performing additional tasks as assigned to support the team and overall operations. Qualifications include at least one year in a customer service role, enthusiasm, energy, friendliness, and personableness, strong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, capability of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 / hour to $25.00 / hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, and work experience as well as other business needs.
