Credit Union Teller - Floater

Pacific NW Federal Credit Union in Portland, OR is seeking a Credit Union Teller - Floater to provide exceptional member service and support across multiple branches. This position earns a highly competitive rate of $19 per hour . In addition to base compensation, we provide exceptional benefits and perks, including 4 weeks paid time off (PTO), participation in our health plan after 30 days, a 401(k) with company match after 6 months, paid life, LTD & AD&D insurance, paid holidays, paid volunteer time, and loan discounts. Bilingual candidates (Spanish / English) are eligible for additional compensation.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CREDIT UNION TELLER - FLOATER

As a Credit Union Teller - Floater, you will be a critical part of our member services team, providing teller services and support across multiple branches as needed. You will be reporting to the Member Service Operations Manager and working with many departments and team members. Your responsibilities include :

• Traveling to branches to provide coverage as needed
• Processing member transactions accurately and efficiently; assisting members with account inquiries and resolving issues
• Promoting and cross-selling credit union products and services
• Balancing cash drawers and member transactions daily
