job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage case calendars and ensure timely compliance with court deadlines. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and mediations. Coordinate with clients, experts, and medical providers to gather and review records. Provide consistent client communication to keep them informed throughout the litigation process. 3–6 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal in the personal injury field A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred. Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court filing rules. Proficiency in case management software. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
