This role requires BPO Sales Experience. The BPO Sales Director is an individual contributor to the team. Are you a dynamic and experienced sales professional ready to take on a BPO Sales Director role in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector? Datamark, Inc. is looking for a passionate Sales Director to drive our growth and manage key accounts with strategic precision. Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs. This role will provide leadership, vision, and direction on personal day-to-day Sales activities to reach activity and close new business goals. This role Collaborate with all Sales team members to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions that leverage company sales strategies throughout the sales cycle. Forecast and track key account metrics to meet or exceed an annual sales quota (closed within a 12-month period). Qualify and maintain a “pipeline” commensurate with the targeted sales quota every month

Sales Director Key Responsibilities :

• Account Management : Ensure effective management of key accounts, meeting and exceeding defined sales goals.
• CRM Expertise : Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
• Client Engagement : Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations that align with Datamark's mission and strategic objectives.
