Role Overview

Specialist will report to the Application development Manager. The resource will drive OBG systems technical improvements and minimize Salesforce platform technical debts; implement a sustainable development environments strategy. Additionally, the resource will lead technology initiatives and guide contract Developers with varying levels of expertise to achieve success for the Gateways stakeholders.

Skills

• Experience leading significant technology initiatives
• Experience coaching and mentoring Developers of varying expertise
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform programming languages Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework
• Highly proficient with AppExchange on Salesforce
• Excels in working with various standard objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Cases, etc.
• Experience in solutioning and developing Salesforce Community Portals
• Salesforce Certifications
