Talent Acquisition Lead

Ably Resources is seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to join our clients Houston team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment across all levels and functions within their growing marine and offshore operations. Our client has been expanding their business in key areas and recently won more contracts globally. As a result, the requirement for a TA Lead to come in and oversee what is a growing recruitment process in terms of volume is clear.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and initiatives to attract top talent pipelines for marine engineering, naval architecture, offshore operations and other key roles within the business
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and propose creative sourcing strategies
• Leverage diverse channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events and more to identify high-potential candidates
• Conduct targeted sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates to ensure optimal fits with roles and company culture
• Oversee and enhance our employer branding, onboarding and recruitment marketing efforts
• Analyze metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and continually enhance processes
• Provide consultation to managers on market trends, competitive intelligence and compensation benchmarks
