Community Support Counselor

Each year, Horizon House provides a continuum of services at over 100 sites to over 4,5000 adults with psychiatric or developmental disabilities, drug and alcohol addictions, and / or homelessness. We are seeking a Full- Time Community Support Counselor to work in our Developmental Services Division in Philadelphia, PA.

Some of the responsibilities include the following :

• To instruct, counsel and provide support to residents living in Supported Living Arrangements (SLA's)

focusing on client independence and individual needs.
