JOB SUMMARY :
The Accounts Payable Clerk performs a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions in our organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Prepare month end reconciliations for A / P related balance sheet accounts
- General accounts payable functions
- Check, verify and process invoices
- Prepare payments for signature
- Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Assist Accounting Manager in weekly financial projections
