Who We’re Looking For :

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections of cable and harness assemblies, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry standards and internal quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inspect cable and wire harness assemblies at various stages of production.
• Verify compliance with drawings, schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and customer requirements.
• Utilize inspection tools such as magnifiers, continuity testers, calipers, and micrometers.
• Document inspection results and report non-conformances.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with quality management systems.
• Ensure adherence to ESD and workmanship standards.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions.

Skills / Qualifications

(Knowledge of NASA-STD-8739.1 standards a plus!)
