Pay Range : $65,000 - $70,000, Exempt

DailyLook, a subsidiary of Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE : VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking an associate planner.

Qualifications for the Position

• Bachelor's degree is required. (Merchandising / Business preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in merchandise planning, data analysis, or related field (internships and academic projects welcome).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite with strong data management skills.
• Understanding retail math and business metrics preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
• Experience in retail or startup environments is a plus.
• Comfort working with global teams, showing respect for diverse perspectives, time zones, and communication styles.

Compensation & Benefits

The base / pay for this position ranges from $65,000 - $70,00. This is an exempt position. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
