Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist (PT) you will :
Develop personalized creative treatment plans that help residents rebuild strength and confidence.
Guide and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure excellent outcomes.
Collaborate with nurses OTs SLPs and other team members to deliver holistic care.
Keep up with documentation and productivity standards (we keep it manageable).
Most importantly be a trusted partner and advocate for your patients health journeys.
Qualifications
A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
A valid (or pending!) state PT license new grads welcome
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before hire)
Bonus points if youve worked in acute care long-term care or senior rehab but not a dealbreaker. We care more about your heart for healing.
