Job Setting : 644 Acute Care Bed Community Hospital. 7 Cath Lab Suites and Hybrid OR Access.

Type of Cases :

Credentialing : 6 - 8 Weeks on Average if Licensed.

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified / Board Eligible : Physician Assistant with EVH Experience.

Licensure : Oregon License.
