We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Hiring Assistant to join Preferred Care at Home of East this role you will support the recruitment process and maintaining accurate hiring records. You will play a key role in helping us find the best talent to provide compassionate care to our community in Knoxville TN.
Responsibilities
- Assist with posting job openings.
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and required documentation.
- Participate in onboarding processes by gathering necessary new hire paperwork.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
