A well-established and expanding civil / structural engineering firm is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer Project Manager to oversee critical design projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. This is a long-term opportunity with strong growth potential—ideal for engineers who are ready to take ownership of diverse, high-value projects and help drive success for both clients and internal teams.

Our client supports a range of technically complex buildings, including pharmaceutical facilities, data centers, health science buildings, and industrial manufacturing sites. They recently expanded their capabilities through a strategic merger, and are actively building out their PM bench to meet increased project demand.

What You’ll Do

As a Structural Engineer PM, you will :

• Lead structural design projects from proposal through construction completion
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, architects, and consultants
• Provide technical oversight and design reviews to ensure code compliance and quality
• Mentor engineers and drafters, assign tasks, and guide development
• Maintain proactive, professional communication with clients and stakeholders
• Oversee financial performance, including invoicing and budget tracking
• Conduct periodic site visits and ensure quality control

Assist with proposals and help grow business through client engagement

Who We’re Looking For

Required :

Clear and confident communication and leadership skills

Preferred :

Background in pharma, data centers, life sciences, mission-critical, or industrial facilities
