Job Title : Accounts Payable Clerk

Location : Lakewood, NJ

Type : Contract To Hire

Compensation : $26.50 - $28.85 / hour

Contractor Work Model : Onsite

Hours : 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM Monday-Friday

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Duties :

Process invoices, matching to packing slips via email or US Mail

Enter all invoices into the Epicor computer program, will train on software

Check run twice a month, remittance, scan and file

Additional duties, as needed

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Qualifications :

Prior Accounts Payable experience

Strong Excel skills (Filtering, sorting, pivot tables, etc.)

Experienced with Outlook
